Privacy Policy
This policy describes what we collect through bocaeliteauto.com and how it is used. It covers only the features actually implemented on this site.
What we collect
- Vehicle sale submissions: your name, contact details, vehicle information, condition notes, and any photos you upload.
- Vehicle sourcing inquiries: your name, contact details, and what you're looking for.
- Contact form messages: your name, contact details, and message.
- Optional consent: whether you agreed to follow-up calls or texts about your inquiry.
How it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private database, and vehicle photos are stored in private file storage. Neither is publicly accessible, and submitted information is never exposed through a public dashboard.
How it is used
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry — discussing your vehicle, presenting options, or searching for a car you want to buy. If you checked the consent box, we may call or text you about your inquiry. We do not automatically enroll anyone in marketing.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted. Call us at 561-888-5889 or write to 3581 N Federal Highway, Boca Raton, FL.
